Shipping Terms
1. UK Mainland - Delivery time 3-10 days
Each item has a specific P&P price which is illustrated in your shopping basket. UK orders cost anywhere between £1.95 and £6.95 to ship depending on what you buy. The most you will pay is £6.95 per order. If this amount is reached, it will be a registered delivery that will requires a signature upon delivery. If no one is available at the delivery address to sign for the goods, the delivery company will leave a card. You can simply call the number on the card quoting the card reference number to re-arrange delivery at a more suitable time. If the delivery company is unable to deliver and you do not contact them, a £5 additional re-delivery charge will be incurred.
W2 do not take payment from customers cards for back orders - until close to the time of shipping goods.
2. Europe (Covering EU Member Countries) - W2 are unable to sell outside the UK
3. The rest of the World – W2 are unable to sell outside the UK
4. Damaged Products
If a product arrives damaged, please email us a quick photograph of the offending article with the order number and we will organise for a replacement to be sent swiftly.
You will need to do this within 7 days of delivery otherwise we will not be able to help - sorry.

W2 Commitment.
We will endeavour to despatch goods as promptly as possible. The maximum period of delivery would be within 10 working days, unless specifically agreed with you the customer. If any item you have chosen is unavailable, we aim to contact you via your e-mail address or via phone within 3 working days.
Please note that the couriers and delivery services we use tend to deliver during the working day so if you are not at home please supply us with a daytime address for deliverie*s.
Complaints
Should you have a complaint of any nature, no matter how big or small, then please do not hesitate to contact a member of our customer service team as soon as possible on the details below. All communications will remain totally confidential and will be dealt with promptly and fairly.
